The water businesses, which gave away debts to millions, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has also made offices in the Kosovo Government object.
On Thursday, the prime minister signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kosovo Producers Club for co-operation, as stated with local producers.
But unlike the Kosovo Economic Oda, which gives Kosovo's Assembly mandate and represents over 16 thousand members, the Kosovo Producer Club is a private association with only ten members.
The Word newspaper has found that members of the club, whom the prime minister made office in Government, nearly half of them are among the water debtors he forgave Haradinaj.
Members of this club are the ten biggest businesses in the country. The website of this association as a member also figures the company “Devolli Group” and “Rugova water”, both among the water debtors to whom Prime Minister Haradinaj owes water debts.
In Club, there is also “Fluidi”, as well as one of the debtors of water and the liquids they receive. The other members are “Hagijaha”, “Pestova”, “Plastica”, “Frutex”, Trepharm”, <x111x12> and company <x1354>14>.
Even in his case, Haradinaj showed a close relationship with this association.
You've requested the manufacturer's office in the prime minister. We have made a memorandum, the government has accredited a team of experts for local producers, that office of experts will make the best decisions for you. I have the honour of being prime minister to sign this memorandum”, Haradinaj had said.
Gerjali: We're being treated badly by institutions.
Meanwhile, this memorandum has raised doubts even to the head of the Kosovo Economic Ode, Safet Gerjaliu.
He has not taken a good look at all of this, taking into account the fact that the Economic Oda has under it over 16,000 members, while the association that signed a memorandum with the prime minister is in the composition of the ten members.
Gerjaliu thinks that the Economic Oda is being left aside, not only by institutions but also by foreign embassies, which, according to Gerjalius, have each created separate Odas within the countries where they come from.
The “is dominated by a “approach over and Sundo”, Gerjaliu says, while referring to Haradinaj's co-operation with this association, adding that the Economic Oda does not deserve such treatment from institutions.
“As Ode we've always been in the defense of local production. It's been founded Club Producers, and it's got endless support from the government of the past, and so on, it's”
Gerjaliu has said to support any co-operation between institutions and businesses, but that it should not, according to him, be done by putting aside the Kosovo Economic Oda.
He has definitely denied that in this office that will be established in the prime minister, this country will also be established for the Economic Ode.
This office is definitely the office of the Kosovo Producer Club. We have nothing to do. What's more disturbing is that we don't have institutional support until NGOs of” are being supported on the other side, Gerjaliu said, not a bit concerned with Hardanyy's latest move.
Club involvement in forgiveness of 58m euros in water
The Word newspaper has proven that the forgiveness of 58m euros of debts by Prime Minister Haradinaj is made following the request of the Kosovo Ministry of Environment and Club of Producers. This is about the fact that members in this association are some business affected by this decision.
This has been confirmed by the Word Journal, even by the prime minister's office.
This agenda proposal has come from the Environment and Space Planning Ministry with the date 02.10.2017. The company of these steps has also been applying to the “Klub of Kosovo producers”, the prime minister's response reported.
The Word paper contains documentation of the Ministry of Environment that proves that “Birra Peje”, which is the property of Devolles and “Rugova wist”, even convicted of failing to write off the debt.
The Word newspaper reported these days even on the scenario of how it came to pardon these debts. Also included in addition to the Producers Club are senior officials from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning. /The Word/
