Montenegro, unilaterally, controls even eight thousand hectares of Kosovo's territory that are supposed to have passed the western neighbour through the government's agreement signed on last term, a document that has not passed constitutional procedures to enter into force, Koha Ditore writes today.
Official Pristina is tolerating this reality that is on the ground.
Witnesses of implementing the document that does not have the status of the international agreement are also the new members of the state Commission for marking and maintaining the state border. A day ago they were on the ground, within the process of verifying the border line. They have seen how Montenegrin authorities exercise control over territory allegedly belonging to Kosovo.
Bulliqi, chairman of the Commission, has confirmed this to the newspaper.
