He turned himself in after a police raid on his home.
Two days ago, after a gun attack in the town of Lushnje, Jurgen Hoxha and Zamir Latifi lost their lives.
They are known as Julio Shorty's close friends, the son of Aldo Bares' brother (Alfred February). He was injured on September 25, 2016, along with his friend Saimo Xheliu 25 in the same area where today's event took place.
For the 2016 event, where February was wounded, and Xheliu was not arrested, while the chief suspect by police was Laert Hadziu 25 years old.
The latter killed Aldo Bares' friend Gerti Lala, known as “Irici” in 2009. Haxhiu was released from prison for murder in late 2014, while again arrested in June 2015 for heroin trafficking during the operation, coded “Smart”
