Lutfi Haziri vows that in four years he will allocate nearly 1m euros for sports clubs

At a grand meeting with them, Haziri has received thanks for subsidising all Gjilan clubs during his four-year term.

I thank you sincerely for this support. I am honored and proud of the achievements of Gnjilan's athletes, with titles and medals. Sport has been and remains Gjilan's identification. I thank sports veterans for doing a lot, especially in the 1990s. Along with you, I worked on organizing parallel sport”, Chairman Haziri said.

Haziri said we have doubled subsidies during the mandate, stressing that 400,000 euros are earmarked for sports clubs. But he made a big commitment to the athletes.

The support for clubs is definitely going to be nearly 1m euros for the next four years. We're going to invest in hand sports and maintain the Gjilan Empire, the capital of Sport. We made investments in school sports, building open and closed halls. But the biggest sports project is the reconstruction of the City Stadium, which is in the fourth category of FIFA and U I'll start soon. We've been chosen to race all age groups and this stadium will also serve the reserve stadium for our representative”, Haziri added.

He stressed that over the next two years, the sports gym “Bashkim Selishta” will be renovated in all the escort infrastructure, while citing the fact that the start of gym construction in Zeger, which is a golden opportunity for athletes there.
