Kosovo's presidency rejects Belgrade's claims that the decree of Serbian judges and prosecutors will occur tomorrow. The decree of these judges, which was meant to take place Tuesday by the head of the state of Kosovo, did not take place, after the same, did not go to swear before Thaci. For failing to implement this agreement, there have been reactions by internationals as mediators in Kosovo dialogue Serbia.
Office for Kosovo Director Marko Djuric has said today that the Serbian side will be ready tomorrow for the establishment of a court and a new Serb majority prosecutor in northern Kosovo.
But from the president's office they have denied this news, clarifying that the decree of Serbian judges and prosecutors occurs only when President Hashim Thaci decides.
The disinclination of judges and prosecutors of non- majority communities takes place only when Kosovo President” is put in place, said by the Presidency for Express, which on Tuesday after failing to implement the justice agreement, issued charges against Belgrade, calling it even an inability of the European Union.
The president added that the decree by judges and prosecutors from non-resident communities in the Republic of Kosovo is also one of the affirmative measures the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo take to achieve a full and effective equality of members of communities in all areas of life, economic, social, political and cultural life.
Hashim Thaci and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, at the August meeting in Brussels, agreed on full implementation of the Agreement for Justice, namely, the integration of judges and prosecutors into the Kosovo justice system.
Under the agreement reached, judges and prosecutors on October 17th would have to integrate into the Kosovo justice system, but that such a thing failed to happen.
Even from the chief of foreign policy office, Federica Moghrini, in an answer given Tuesday for Gazette Express, have indicated that Belgrade has applied for delaying the implementation of this agreement, even though it stressed that its integration is important for implementation of the Dialogue Agreement on Justice.
The American Embassy in Kosovo, who demanded that both sides agree on another deadline in the near future, reacted to this agreement. /GazetaExpress/
