Kosovo Lawyers' Oda misuse budget (Dok)

The Kosovo Lawyers' Oda has misused the budget by sharing the fund for the education of the co-ordinator of the Training Centre, Albulen Ukimeraj.

The Oda statue does not allow that. The Oda budget is filled with lawyers' membership taxes.

Insander has secured the decision to finance this official, worth 2,500 euros.

According to the decision, the institution has earmarked 2,500 euros for Ukimira's Dr.

Mrs. Albulen Ukimeraj co-ordinator of the OAK Training Centre, and the same is given financial support in the amount of 2,500 euros neto”, the 5 June decision said.

Based on the OAK's decision, Ukimeraj has reasoned with his research expenses until the application's release of “which has exceeded 5,500 euros and the inability to cover incomes, which are implemented by”.

Ukimeraj had made that request in April of this year, while at the OAK Steering Council meeting on June 5th, the OAK chairman addressed the Council for Decision.

The Kosovo Lawyers Odessa Steering Council, after considering Mrs. Wikimeraj and her claims, I consider the request to be based and decided that Mrs. Uchemed t'i is provided financial support for the studies of the Doctor”, the decision says.

After fourteen days of making this decision, payment has been made. Insander has also obtained the tuition card that dates from June 19th.

The newspaper Insider has sought to know what legal basis this decision has been made and whether OAK has any special fund for formal schooling, but this institution has not yet returned.

The answer has not yet been returned by Albulen Ukimeraj.
