Only 15 decisions to prevent unfair competition in the market have been taken this year by the Kosovo Competition Authority. And among the decisions are not about the cases of automotive counterparts, cable services, insurance companies, banking and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as the fixing of prices by airline companies, writes Koha Ditore today.
According to the chairman of this authority, Valon Prestreshi, these cases are still under scrutiny and there is no decision on them.
Prestreshi has told the paper that only during Thursday's AKK has decided on 8 different cases involving competition disorder from various companies operating in the market.
