A 29-year-old German Police Police Officer, of origin from Kosovo, has been sentenced by a Schwetzingen city court for causing bodily injury and insults. He has been deemed fine penalty measures of 75 daily units of 60 euros, writes rnz.de.
According to the prosecution, the person in question on February 19th of this year, at a club in Schwetzingen, had sexually molested three young women by insulting them with the most banal of words and finally slap them.
On the other hand, the defence attorney has stressed that his client has already been convicted sufficiently through disciplinary procedure and the ban on advancement at work broadcasts albinfo.ch. In view of this, as his brother, the procedure against him must be terminated. To reinforce his argument, the lawyer has mentioned that the police came as children in 1993 from Kosovo. He has stressed that he has paid life expenses, rent, and insurance for his family.

Asked by the judge over the charges, the 29-year-old has flatly rejected any possibility he has done what he is accused of. But his pleas of innocence were strongly opposed: All witnesses have unanimously said that the accused has uttered insulting words in discotheques.
In addition, he has repeatedly tried to establish body contact with the women mentioned, broadcast albinfo.ch. Even their determined refusal had shown no effect. In the end he had slapped one of them, which was also witnessed by a number of witnesses.
Only two witnesses have tried to absolve the Kosovo police officer, but they have been confused in the contradiction during their testimony. For this reason, the prosecution threatened them with the launch of a new procedure against them for lying statements.
