Monitorers of the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms have visited banned MP Milaim Zeka, who is being held at the Banning Centre in Pristina.
According to KMDLNI, the visit was aimed at providing information if the detainees were violated human rights, from the moment they were arrested, until they were visited by KMDLNj.
“Stop M. Z has declared it KMDLNY has reported to the police at the invitation of the police and has been interviewed in the presence of the lawyer and there is no complaint in police conduct during the interview. M. Z has declared it KMDLNI that arrest preceded a public media link to him and his family and that the arrest has been co-ordinated”, the communiqué says.
According to the KMDLN, staying at M. Z has no remarks on staff behaviour and does not consider that there is any action against him at this centre by staff violating the rights of the banned person. He didn't claim to have any health problems.
“To The KMDLNI is important from the moment it was arrested and until it was visited by monitors, procedures have been respected and all actions are in line with human rights and rights and that the appointment of KMDLNY is important that human rights have been respected in this case and that the detainee has been informed of the rights they meet even at the moment of arrest, as well as during his stay at the Stop Centre”, the communique says.
Even in this case KMDLNI calls the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Police Director to find a solution to improve the conditions for staff working at this centre, as well as for the detainees who are not in line with required standards.
