Kate Upton fell off a large rock while taking a completely naked picture.

The 25-year-old model took pictures of her covering her breasts with her hands while pumping over the large rocks in Aruba.

But the unexpected occurred as she posed when she slipped off the rock and fell into the water, causing all her breasts to be exposed.
