Graduate in Major 27 Police Officials

Kosovo police are the main testimony showing the professional level and continued commitment towards strengthening law enforcement, with the goal of serving citizens as well as maintaining order and public safety in the country.

So said KP Director General Shpend Maxhun at a ceremony organised today in the premises of the General Police Directorate, where 27 police officials were promoted to a major rank.

“We will work together, aware that the future will bring new challenges, the growth and complexity of which will constantly change, but I am convinced that every day you will face them, you will meet them with dedication and professionalism because achievements and successes will make you stronger”, he said.

Among other things, Maxhun the promoted police officials invited them to personally be responsible and responsible for your actions and obligations, performing all duties successfully, ethically and faithfully.

While Interior Affairs Minister Sefaj said Kosovo Police with their continued commitment and work are proving high professionalism, it is showing it is among the most important institutions of law enforcement and providing security to citizens and the country.

The promotion of police officials has preceded the success they have shown in testing for major degrees and successfully completing training “top executive management” at the Kosovo Academy for Public Security.

Otherwise, police officials promoted to the major rank will serve in different Kosovo Police positions.
