The event took place on March 20, 2009. The damaged showed that a problem with glucose (tharty) had caused him to visit gynecologist Dr. Naim Trstena, who recommended certain drugs that he should use to address his problem.
However, according to Sylvia's testimony, one of the 5 types of drugs she had used had resulted in fatal consequences for her unborn baby. This is due to an error from drug owner “ProPharm”, now accused Shemsy Salihu.
During her speech, Sylvia Bytyqi said medical examinations during her pregnancy had been conducted regularly by gynecologist Naim Trstena.
But on the critical day, it had gone without having the term, as several health difficulties had appeared on the lukth. He had exactly felt burning.
Sylvia said the doctor told her it's not serious. He even had an ultrasound check, where he had heard the baby's heartbeat. The doctor told me there's not much time left to give birth to”, said damaged.
The bars had gone to buy her husband Ferati.
During the evening hours after having had dinner, Sylvia had used her pills, and an hour after using them, several problems have surfaced in her womb, accompanied by vomiting all night long, and later she had noticed that her baby was not moving any longer.
Gilten said that she had three times used these drugs at different intervals: once in the evening, once the next morning, and once she was not sure whether she had been drinking it at lunch or not.
I've used the same drugs in the morning, where I've used them at lunch, but I've had a lot of stomach pain and vomiting, and there's been a few moments when I felt something in my belly has broken. I told the man that I didn't even feel the baby moving”, Sylvia Bytyqi said during her testimony.
She had learned about the baby's death the next day after she was checked by Dr. Trstena, who when she saw the drugs she had used and denied that he had written the same ones the day before.
Dr. Naim looked at me and told me that I didn't write these drugs, that these are very harmful, and he told me that you should be very pleased to have you like this and that the kid died and gave me the guidance to go to Pristina Hospital”, she explained.
The same had stayed at Pristina Hospital for 4-5 days with the baby dead in the womb. On the fourth day, she felt that she had given birth to a dead child.
She also complained about her treatment there. He even mentioned Dr. Hayriz, who in her opinion had told her not to give a statement that the baby died of the wrong drugs.
While Ferat Bytyqi, Sylvia's husband, said during his testimony that the last time his wife had gone into check with the gynecologist was March 20th 2009. Then her condition was okay with him and that the pregnancy was going very well except the trick problem she had had that day and that Dr. Naim Trstena had written some drugs on the recipe for this problem.
He indicated that these drugs had personally gone to buy at the drug store “Pro Pharm” at the Ferizaj Hospital in front of the children's nest, owned by the accused Shemsy Salih, and that after their use his wife had deteriorated her health.
“These drugs were used by my wife and after the use of the first bar, she felt tired and sick, telling me that the child was not feeling moved in the womb, where this condition had continued on tomorrow morning”, Ferati said.
The next day Ferat Bytyqi had gone to the doctor where they had performed medical examination the day before to tell him about his wife's plight.
When I went to Dr. Naim there, I told her that my wife wasn't feeling well and that she didn't even feel the baby in her womb. And after the doctor looked at the drugs, he told me that these aren't the drugs I wrote, but it's the other kind of thing and he told me you can get your wife as fast as you can to check it” he continued the testimony.
Ferati also related the moments when the defendants were on their way to Pristina Hospital and where she cried had told him that the baby was lost.
I went to the drug store, I went in crying. I'm in contact with Shemsiu, where I told him the kid lost us. Shemsiu told me what you're gonna do and where you're gonna take her. I remember my mom gave you some money, but I don't know exactly 30 or 40 euros, telling me that I have a relative in Pristina and he will take better care of you by giving me the name of Hajriz Dergut...”, Ferati added.
During this session, the defendant Shemsy Salihu was acquitted of the criminal offence he is charged with.

The defendant in the unable to decipher the recipe is wrongly giving the bar “Acctalid nimesolid”, instead of the bar marked in the recipe “Renanne”, with which the defendant's case after using the bar immediately given the next day had exacerbated the health of the injury Gytene Bytyqi, who was pregnant and resulting in the loss of the baby, with which the defendant carried out criminal work and the provision of unconscious drugs.
