California Governor Brown Brown has today declared a state of emergency in Napa, Sonoma, and Juba because of a massive fire involving thousands of homes and where thousands of citizens are forced to evacuate.
As the Napa Fire Department reported, 50 objects have been destroyed, while there is no information that someone has suffered fire.
