The Serbian side will be ready tomorrow to establish a new court and prosecutor for the Serb majority in northern Kosovo, which is a two-to-three-day delay compared to the set date.
So said today the director of the so-called Serbian Office for Kosovo, Marko Djurovic, under which Serbia will be ready to fully meet its obligations to the judiciary agreement.
However, what is totally interesting to me is the fact that a part of the international community and Pristina are mourning the delay of two or three days and do not see that 1,43 days are delayed with the founding of the Serbian municipalities' Association, so they worry about three days' implementation of the Agreement on Judicial”, Djuric told Tanjug.
The Judiciary Agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in February 2015 in Brussels was meant to start implementing on October 17th, but the decree of 42 Serbian judges and 14 prosecutors did not occur because judges and prosecutors did not go for decree to the country's president, Hashim Thaci.
