Today “Council of Ministers” has named Saimir Chili Director of the National Cirque. Chili has recently been the focus of her attention on the spectacular division with her wife, Samantha Kalaya.
The renowned singer has been put in this post by orders from Deputy Prime Minister Sanda Mesi.
