In 1958 The Political Bureau of the Albanian Labour Party Central Committee had made a decision to preserve the health of Albanian leader Enver Hoxha.
The decision was made following former Prime Minister Mehmet Shehu's proposal.
This decision stated that with the aim of preserving the health of the first Secretary of the Central Committee, Enver Hoxha, he had to take a three-month break a year and not work more than four hours a day (from 0900 to 1300), Periscope writes.
