Through a Facebook post, Haradinaj said he believes Dress will soon lead the municipality of Istog.
“Urim Z. Ghani Dresey, MP's mandate. I do believe that on October 22nd you will turn over the MP's mandate, being the leader of the municipality of Istog”, Haradinaj wrote.
