Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, along with Director General for Neighborship and Negotia for European Commission Enlargement Christian Danielsson after a meeting have held a media conference where they talked about the programme for economic reform.
Haradinaj has said that at this meeting the focus was on the programme for reforms starting next year.
“Today the focus was on the programme for economic reform starting next year. We needed Danielson's suggestions, and this shows the perspective and support of the European Union”, Haradinaj has declared.
Danielsson, however, has said that Kosovo has European prospects and that there will be continued EU support for that. But according to him, Kosovo will have to carry out reforms in education and other areas.
Danielsson has welcomed the IPA's approval.
As for visa liberalisation, he has said the criteria are clear and that the European Commission will take steps forward once these processes are closed, including Demarcation with Montenegro.
