Trusting that we're the only civilization in the physical universe which is scientifically infinite shows not only a great ego but also an indisposed ignorance. But what happens when high-level officials confirm that?
In December 2012, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev issued a statement in a live interview broadcast simultaneously on five television channels. After that, the former Russian president revealed to a journalist that each Kremlin leader was handed over two files with classified information concerning the visit of alien beings, reports “AlienBlog”, Periscopi broadcast.
Medvedev's statement was then a worldwide premiere, since it was the first time that a high-level official publicly acknowledged the existence of alien civilizations during the presidential mandate.
In “magazine Sputnik” in 1980 was published an article on UFO perceptions and experiences. This article contains reports from ten Soviet and American astronauts. Only one of these astronauts refused to accept the possibility of the UFOs entering and outside our galaxy.
Astronaut Guenaadi Strakalov mentioned that he witnessed many strange and inexplicable phenomena, but he is reluctant to classify these events in no way. However, he described a phenomenon observed on September 28th 1980, during his shift to the Mir space station -- a flying sphere on Earth, at a height of 2030km around Newfoundland.
The atmosphere was clear and the view was perfect, so he could see about 10 seconds how the sphere was shifting beautiful vivid colors and then disappeared almost immediately.
According to published documents, in 1952 only checked and confirmed over 100 UFO phenomena without logical explanations, which were recorded and labeled as the unex0 inexplicable” from CIA archives.
About 100 reliable stories remain inexplicable at the moment, however, CIA monitoring will continue and no report will be made public”, the report says.
To the frustration of Ufologists worldwide, declassification of these 10 documents coincides with the resumption of series “X File” and apparently those documents contain no information about the crashed UFOs, meetings or kidnappings.
Conspiracy Theorists believe the CIA's decision to make these documents public does not match the resumption of new series “X Files”, but rather a preliminary incentive for the public for later discoveries.
“Files” to remind people that the agency has agents investigating these cases.”, said Stephen Basset, executive director of the Paradigm Research Group, an organization that undermines the White House so that the United States government recognizes that foreigners are true./Periscopi/
