But Spain has everything else left: police, army, 52% of Catalan electors who voted to stay with Spain in 2015, has PEP, the ruling party of Prime Minister Rajoy, his historic rival. P The Spanish Socialist Workers' Party, but also the opposition Podemo, which does not support Catalonia's independence.
