After Berlusconi sheet, Putin receives a gift from a dog (FOTO)

Turkmenistan's president did not have the imagination of Silvio Berlusconi in selecting Vladimir Putin's 65th birthday gift, but without imagination at all.

Gurbunguly Berdimuhamedov was hosted by the Kremlin's chief at a government residence in Sochi, where he also received his birthday present; a puppy known to locals as Alabama.

From images that circulated on the internet Putin appears excited and satisfied with the gift received, as he is known as a dog lover.

The gift was special, however, not as much as the bed covering donated by Berlusconi, where an image of one of their meetings was stamped on it.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is certainly a difficult man to make a birthday present, but former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has certainly managed to find an original gift, in the form of a bedcloth, with a big image of both men.
