In this regard, the Indexline has contacted PZAP Secretariat head Mul Descu to learn whether the fines were carried out by political subjects.
Descu has said that from the moment of the verdict they have a few days to pay the fine. But, according to him, only three political subjects have so far carried out this obligation.
“In the decision they have had the deadline until they have time to pay the fines. But so far they have paid only 3 political subjects who have paid off part of the debt, while other subjects have paid no debt. So every decision from the right moment has 15 days to pay the fine. But so far, The PDK has paid a symbolic sum, The AKR a symbolic sum, too, has paid Republika Srpska list half a fine, while other subjects do not charge their fines”, Descu has said.
Furthermore, he has warned political subjects that in case they fail to pay these payments, then more fines will be appointed.
“Balotage entered the continuation of this process it has no obstacle to taking part in the run-off race. They have 15 days, but if they don't pay them we have our legal measures about what they're going to do with their non-paid or those who don't pay the fines, additional fines can be pronounced, then even after the pronunciation of additional fines we can warn them somehow to pay them if not then additional fines”, he said.
In addition, Descu has added that they have all legal opportunities for these payments to be collected. He shows whether they ever had a problem with payments.
Then, according to him, in case political subjects don't pay additional fines. This is another mechanism.
If they don't pay them after the pronunciation of additional fines then it's the completion procedure so they fix it. We have their obligations, we have our measures, we have our legal options that pay all those fines so they're Albanian towards political subjects. So they don't get paid, and all the fines are collected is not a problem, at least until now we haven't had a problem collecting them”, it's over.
We remember that local elections will be held in two days (October 22nd), which is Sunday.
