Albanian immigrant spends 60 thousand euros on the house, but when she returns she finds it occupied (Video)

Sefedin Koci, an Albanian immigrant living in Alaska, U.S.A., tells his story of cheating with an apartment purchased in Kamaz. Koci says she paid 400,000 euros for the purchase of the house and another 20 grand for its adoption, which she later rented.

Waiting for the mortgage from the investor, Koci learns that his house was being finished.

Everything had come because of a debt that the builder had taken from another person.

In a recorded conversation between Citizen Sefedin Koci and builders Victor Meminij, he says he is broke and also receives money for his betrayed client's fuel.

In 2008, I bought an apartment in Moses. I bought Victor Meminit, before the swimmer, we made the contracts and paid the money, worth 40 thousand euros. I paid the money in front of the swimmer. Sefedin Koci lives in Alaska, U.S.A., so the entrance to the two entrepreneurs was rented.

“From 2011 until 2017 has been rented”, says Koci.

But seven months ago, his brother warned him that he had arrived to block the entrance.

When I come from America with the kids, I go and ring the door when I see a woman. I say: What are you doing here? What are you doing here? I'm telling her this is my entrance and she says it was rented. I say: Is it possible to get out? No, the owner has this entrance with a mortgage.

Sefedin shows that the apartment, for which he paid 40 thousand euros and invested another 20 grand, had purchased Edmond Lybes with 13 thousand euros.

The problem with the apartment has occurred because of the contract that has been linked between the investor of the complex and a private subject.
