Elsie Sculley-Hicks died in hospital after Matthew. Scully-Hicks called 999 to say he had found it by having no reaction at their Cardiff's Landiff house on May 29th, reports “Daily Mail”, Periscopi broadcast.
He is now accused of killing her.
Scolly-Hicks and his boyfriend Craig had finalised Elsie's adoption just a few weeks ago.
The jury at the trial when this deadly case was discussed was previously said that the baby was heard screaming by its neighbors.
Prosecutors say the couple hurt the child in a number of cases before her death.
Prosecutor Paul Leweis of the QC said: “The chances that caused her death were caused by the defendant shortly before he called emergency services that day”.
On March 10th, she was sent to Wales University Hospital after the fall of the stairs where the gay couple had shown a lack of care for her./Periscopi/
