According to the trial pronounced by the court panel led by Judge Shabi Idrizi, K.S. Se condena por el delito de agresión sexual en curso, basado en el párrafo 6 del artículo 229 relativo al párrafo 1 y el artículo 77 del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo, a 10 años de prisión.
