The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo to appoint the detention measure to the criminal case against defendants L. D, K.H. and O.H. due to the alleged criminal action that has been carried out in promoting reconciliation and not enduring Article 141 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 and Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
El Fiscal Especial de la República de Kosovo solicitó el nombramiento de la acción de detención contra los acusados L. D, K.H. y O.H., la ha aprobado como base y ha asignado la misma cantidad de detención de 1 a) mes cada uno.
