These three will reportedly add to the existing group of victims on the issue (group 1 that counted 137 participating victims) and will be represented by the same victims' defenders, reports the <x0 confidencialJustice Vow forrlox1.
En la decisión más reciente se rechazaron siete solicitudes. Junto con ellos, el número total de víctimas participantes en el caso judicial asciende a 140 wonx0, según el informe.
De lo contrario, la Fiscalía Especializada, el 30 de septiembre de 2022, ha entregado la acusación confirmada contra Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi y Rexhep Selimi, que consta de diez puntos de acusación, donde estos últimos son acusados de crímenes de guerra y crímenes de lesa humanidad.
El 29 de abril de 2022, la Fiscalía Especializada había entregado una acusación enmendada a Hashim Thaci, Kadri Wessel, Rexhepi y Jakup Krasniqi, donde cuatro acusados han cometido crímenes de guerra incluso en Gjilan, Budakov y Semtish.
El 9 de noviembre de 2020, en sus primeras comparecencias, Jakup Krasniqi de Hashim Thaci ha sido declarado inocente de los cargos que se les imputan. Wessel también ha sido declarado en su presentación el 10 de noviembre, al igual que Rexhep Selimi el 11 de noviembre.
