The Constitutional Court in Pristina has pronounced the detention measure for a month to suspect S.O for rape and later to murder 11-year-old in Fushe Kosovo.

El Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina, el Departamento de Delitos Randa, ha dictaminado a petición del Fiscal Constitucional de Pristina para el nombramiento de la medida de detención contra los acusados S.O. Debido a actos delictivos, el asesinato grave por el párrafo 1 del artículo 173 y los artículos 227 par.7 relacionados con el párrafo 1 del artículo 2 del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo.
