Shkodra, based on information obtained on the operational route, arrested citizens, Aldo Ukaj, 32, residents in the neighbourhood of ão Manush Alimanião, Shkodra and Alfnc Capi, 28, resident in Vaqarr, Tirana. The two detainees were detained in the frigga in the Lezhe-Godra axis, near the Bahcalak Bridge, while transporting Syrian citizens to Montenegro by their means.
