The situation in the Paddyr, the Councilman of the Year, tries to reason: We had the iron hand.

Following numerous reactions and measures taken in terms of the conditions at the QKUK Clinic, which came after the publication of images by citizen Aulone Memeti during her child's treatment at this clinic, Durim Elshani, adviser to the cabinet of incumbent Health Minister Arben Vitita, has reacted.
Through a Facebook post, Elshani has tried to reason on the situation in the Paddy, saying that the health system has inherited numerous infrastructure problems and that interventions have been made initially in the entities where there was a greater need.
Yet, Elshani acknowledged that in some respects it was not acted with proper intensity.
I'm not talking about other things, because the question of your reaction involves both sheets and toilet paper, and I agree that the standard of a health system is not measured only by the investments I mentioned. It is not measured just how many modern equipment you buy; how many laws you pass; how many staff you add; how many hospitals and polylicins bon... It also applies to cleaning a room, cleaning a bed, cleaning a toilet, a soap that is replaced when spent with a staff's behavior toward the patient. We don't have this part behind our iron hand”, he wrote.
And now, according to him, this clinic has also come in line for transformation, but not this year, but next year.
The “for the Paddy, for which today's reaction is rightly taken, as you can see in the picture, is at the conclusion of the renovation of the basement and kitchen, as the entire Clinic of Pediatrics begins in the next year. A total of 1m and 250 thousand euros are earmarked for the project. And, in terms of claims on patient treatment, communication and staff behavior, four nurses have been suspended until the investigative commission explains exactly what happened”, Elshani wrote./ Periscope.
