Thaci's second trial: The judge postpones the closing words, the final decision?

The end was extended again. The case for attempted obstruction of justice in Specialised Chambers was not finalised on June 19th with the handover of the final files, which was the single judge's favorite date, Christopher Gosnell.

The Canadian, with special request from Fadil Fazliu, whose defence members have health problems, although the final written words have remained hostage to the chief prosecution witness in this case, Cohen Herlar.

The court had all overturned the testimony of the expert from the Dutch Institute for Criministics, who claimed that documents found at the home of Isni Kylayt and the Smaj Union car were led by Hashim Thaci. The ZPS took the case to Apel and received no epilogues yet.

This decision is made before 3 July, which is the new deadline for final files, Klan Kosovo reports, broadcasts Periscope.

The “must be ready to deliver the final words after “a quick announcement” due to Apel's wait. The parties are expected to file no later than three working days after the announcement of Apel's decision”, said Christopher Gosnell, the only judge “Thaci and others”.

With this attitude, Gosnell has even pushed his concluding words to the courtroom until after the summer break - August 17 of 2026 from now on.

The decision, which at this rate can be made by the end of the year, will also be based on some facts about which there is no more legal war between Thaci's defence teams, Smajt, Kilaj, Fazliut and Kuci, as well as the Prosecutor.

On Tuesday, the package of 10 untenable facts was published, for other SPS witnesses such as Sokol Basota, Ismet Tara, other protected Demus Krasniqi, who say that from the beginning of the trial they were never contacted or threatened by someone for interference in their testimony. /Periscope/
