A powerful earthquake shakes England's camp before World Cup friendly

A 6.1 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale has caused concern at the U.S. National camp just before the friendly match against Costa Rica.
The shocks were felt in Florida, where the team led by Thomas Tuchel is developing the preparation phase for the 2026 World Cup, writes the Sun”.
According to reports, the tether was located west of Cuba, while the quakes felt in some areas of Florida, including the region where the English representative was accommodated.
The quake is considered the most powerful in the Gulf region of Mexico in about 150 years.
Local authorities reported temporary evacuations in several buildings and panic in citizens, but no major material casualties or damage have been recorded.
Also, no tsunami warning has been issued.
The “Three Lions” are located in Florida since the beginning of June and after the match against Costa Rica will be moved to Kansas City for the final phase of preparations before the 2026 World Cup begins.
