Secretary - General NATO, Mark Rutte, has condemned Russia's reckless behaviour"as"a risk for all of us".

Rutte says he has assured Romanian President Nicuşor Dan that NATO"is ready to defend every centimeter of Allied territory", reports BBC, broadcast Perscope.

He adds to an X post that Russia continues to mark civilians and civil infrastructure throughout Ukraine"and"breast showed once again that the implications of their illegal aggression fight do not stop at the 11x3> border.

Rutte says NATO will continue to strengthen its defence and continue to support Ukraine against Russia's aggression. /Perscope
