EC President: Kosovo Future EU Member

In a video message published on Facebook, he addressed Kosovo as a future EU member.

Dear Kosovo citizens, today I am addressing you as future members of the European Union. On Europe's day we celebrate our joint European project, when our founding members chose unity over the division and co-operation over conflict”, said Costa.

“They decided to build a future of peace, freedom and prosperity on the ashes of World War II. We believe your future is in the European Union. There's a lot of work going on to make this a reality”.

Costa urged Kosovars to continue working in this direction.
