Morainho returns to Real Madrid? Florentino Perez closes the big deal

Jose Morainho returns to Real Madrid's attention.

According to Spanish media reports, Florentino Perez has already reached an agreement that would pave the way for the Portuguese coach to return to the “bench. Los Blankos”, in case you win club presidential elections on June 7th, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.

Report published by “AS” stresses that the deal has been finalised with the help of Supergent Jorge Mendez and includes the current Mourinho club, Benfice.

Initially, the Portuguese wanted about 15m euros gross to free the 63-year-old coach, but the parties have found compromise, giving Benfia advantage in securing his successor, Marco Silva.

Fulham's coach, who is also managed by Jorge Mendes, is considered the main candidate to take the lead in Benfia.

This formula is expected to satisfy all parties involved in the operation, including Real Madrid, Maureen, Benfice and Fulham.

According to the same sources, formalising the return of Mourinho could occur within three days after the presidential elections, if Florentino Peres manages to secure the new mandate.

Meanwhile, “The Special One” is said to have already started working on the new sports project and submitted the first report with requirements for the passing deadline.

Mourinho requires numerous reinforcements on the team, including one or two defenders, a rightist protector, a left guard, and two midfielders.

However, his return to “Santiago Bernabau” remains directly linked to the outcome of the elections, as only a victory by rival Enrique Riquelme would stop this scenario.

Jose Mourinho led Real Madrid in 2010-2013, winning the English League, the King's Cup and the Supercup of Spain, while his return would be one of the most spectacular European football movements. /Periscope
