Labour Inspectorate Bans 126 Works in Risk Sectors

The Central Labour Inspectorate, in the process of the MPFVLC minister's decision even in accordance with his legal mandate, has undertaken extraordinary inspection action in high risk sectors across the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
This report by the Central Labour Inspectorate presents the summary results of inspections, conducted under this action.
The total number of work bans is automatically implied in the column where the total number of requests for wrongdoing is mentioned.
At the end of the action, all subjects to which the ban on the works has been pronounced are automatically processed at the Court for Counter-Affliction, respectively.
The review process will take place in the following days of action, according to the time terms set by inspectors for eliminating irregularities.
Eliminating irregularities implies the process when the inspected subject has taken action to improve the SSHP situation.
Prosecuted cases in the police imply cases where employees/investors have continued to work at the shipyard contrary to the inspectors' decision to stop the work, as well as damage to the stop tape.
The cases presented to the police are not numerically equal on the board, as they are cases against employers/investors who have the decision to ban the work.
The figures presented on the board are numeric data realised by 30.04.2026.
The event continued after 30.04.26 with monitoring activities and resuscitation of subjects to which the “ban on the works” or remarks on the avoidance of irregularities have been imposed. /Periscope
