Former Kosovo football player U21 cools for World Champions

Former Kosovo member U21 Besfort Zeneli has been invited by Sweden for the World Football Championship, which begins 11 June.
Zeneli plays midfield, while currently part of the Belgian team, Union SG. From 2022 to 2024, he played for Kosovo U21, but then decided to switch to Sweden. In Kosovo, U21 had six presentations, while now 22-year-old has six matches in Sweden A.

Sweden was in a group with Kosovo in regular qualifications. Last September 8th of last year “Dardians” won 2.0 over Sweden in Pristina. On October 13th of last year, Kosovo won 2.0 against Sweden in Goteborg.
