Kosovo's Institute for Justice (IKD), based on the monitoring records of judicial processes, has published the report “The integrity of the election list-pre-arrested parliamentary elections June 7th 2026” in this report has submitted candidates for MPs involved in criminal cases.

In this report, The IKD has also managed to identify 13 candidates who in the past have had firm form sentences.
