Aktakuze against a person in Pec for smuggling with migrants

The founding prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against a person for smuggling immigrants.
According to the indictment, it is suspected that in order to benefit wealth, on March 18th, it has attempted to smuggle migrants towards the border in Montenegro, but it has been observed by Border Police and banned, to be arrested later on.
The same “was originally met with several foreign citizens of Sudanese nationalism at the Bus station in Pec, where, at their request, they had reached agreement to transport them to the vicinity of the border with Montenegro, with whom they had agreed to compensate financially after reaching their destination. With these actions, there is good-based suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act “emigrant smuggling””, says the Constitutional Prosecutor's announcement in Pec.
The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the court that the defendant be convicted and be convicted according to the law of this criminal offence.
