The serious event occurred at a school in the village of Dranoc, Decani, until motives are still unknown.
The case was confirmed by Shkodran Nikci, spokesperson for Pec's Founding Prosecutor.
“has been identified as the suspected person and the same has been detained for 48 hours. In regard to the case, investigations have begun”, he told Clankosova.tv.
The minor has taken medical treatment and is at risk for life.
This development has caused concern to parents and the community.
