Security expert Burim Ramadani has criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti's decision to recognise documents issued by Serbian illegal structures, calling it “fallible, unacceptable and anti-unconstitutional”.
Ramadani emphasises that there is neither a government decision nor a change of law by Parliament to enable this concession to Serbia. He adds that Kurti, acting only on oral orders, avoids the possibility of the case going to the Constitutional Court, where constitutional offense would be highlighted.
