According to the prosecution, the singer is suspected of:
Property, control or unauthorized possession of weapons (entin 366 of the Kosovo Criminal Code)
Canoya (KPRC's 81st)
Endition or damage to property (KPRC's 321)
The State Prosecutor, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative and procedure actions in this case.

Pristina, March 11th 2026-The Founding Prosecutorship in Pristina, the General Department, announces public opinion, that at the order of the Prosecutor, a (1) person has been detained for 48 hours, due to the suspicion that the same one committed criminal acts: Keeping ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons under Article 366 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code for Criminal Work KPRC's Article 181, as well as criminal work "Evert or property damage" based on Article 321 of KPRK.
The banned person is known for public opinion as the Jazz singer.
The State Prosecutor, in co-ordination and co-operation with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative and procedural actions in this case.
Because of the early phase of the investigative procedure and with the goal of maintaining the integrity of the investigations, additional details on the case cannot be offered at this stage.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, within legal terms, will take necessary procedure actions and decide on further measures in line with the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code
