A month's detention for Costy

He's suspected of three criminal acts.

The detention measure against B.K. indictees is appointed. Because of suspicion based on committing three criminal acts

Pristina March 13th 2026 .6th Constitutional Court in Pristina .K., due to alleged criminal acts of Kanosja, the extermination or damage to property as well as criminal duty in ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.

The judge of the preliminary procedure following the hearing of the parties in the procedure and after analyzing the subject paperwork found that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the detention measure is based, so I approve the PTHP's request for the appointment of a measure of detention against B.K. indictees, so that the same is assigned the measure of detention in length of 1 (a) month.

The court estimates that assigning the detention measure to this criminal case is adequate and found that there are circumstances that demonstrate the danger of running away, the risk of witness influence, and the risk of repeating criminal acts, so that the detention measure at present is the only measure for unhindered criminal procedure.

Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
