Kurti said the purpose of this meeting is to experience promises they have made during the campaign and in its exhibition to MPs.
In the December 2025 elections, citizens gave us unprecedented confidence in postwar Kosovo. We sought citizen trust to turn it into security and prosperity. We fought, not with promises that are forgotten, but with vows that live. In light of this, today we have started a joint meeting of our government cabinet, which will continue for two days in a row, in order to make campaign pledges before citizens and the exhibition presented before MPs into a governing programme. Votings that return to the programme and programme that translate into projects, targets, operations strategy, daily work measures that will be realised through this mandate”, Kurti said.
Kurti went on to say that at the beginning of their governance's goal there are <x0 commitment, general good and public interest, development and equality, state integrity and dignity”.
This meeting was Kurt's only engagement this weekend.
He started breakfast with EU emissary for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Peter Sorensen, after which he announced he has made concessions for Kosovo Serbs, eventually accepting letters issued by illegal structures to start with implementing foreign and vehicle laws.
