Prime Minister Albin Kurti yesterday said the laws would be implemented without preventing the delivery of basic services, but would also eliminate illegal mechanisms financed by Serbia.
The EU's emissary for Kosovo's (Serbia) dialogue, Peter Sörensen, has welcomed Kosovo's commitment to law enforcement and praised efforts to integrate health and educational services within the country's legal framework.
EU Ambassador to Kosovo Aivo Orar confirmed he agrees to launch the Kosovo Serb census and give temporary residence permits.
