German Ambassador to Kosovo Rainer Rudolph has welcomed the finding of reconciliation for the manner of implementing laws for foreigners and vehicles announced by the EU's minister for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, after today's meeting in the morning.
Rudolf said it is good to have avoided interrupting health and educational services for the Serbian community since these two laws would affect them.
We would like to see reconciliation for how laws and for foreigners and vehicles will be implemented. Ensure residence and work permits for workers and students, avoiding disruptions in health and education services, and finding practical solutions to issuing documents to all Kosovo citizens are important. Construction on this progress will be essential”, it has written.
