In a Facebook text, Lutfiu has said the Kosovo government's decision Saturday is inadequate. He has said that only reciprocity could stop the discrimination Serbia renders to Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
“The Kosovo Government's decision to recognise documents issued by Serb parallel structures in Kosovo, I consider it an inappropriate move. Serbia has not recognised diplomas issued by Kosovo universities for over a decade, meaning that over 10 generations of professionals have migrated from our country as a result of this action. I have been a great supporter of the prime minister's cause over reciprocity, and I believe that only such a cause prevents Serbia's discrimination against Albanians in the Presevo Valley. Backing off this cause means losing hope for Albanians in Serbia”, he wrote on Facebook. /Periscope/
