US Central Command (CENTCOM) has declared secret B-2 bombers conducted a mission aimed at Iranian capacities as part of an ongoing operation that began late last month.
“Bundarding B-2 is set up to carry out a mission during Operation Epic Fury, using long-range fire not only to eliminate the threat from the Iranian regime today but also to eliminate their ability to rebuild in the future”, CENTCOM said, sharing bomber images.
Earlier, Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said all Iran's defence systems would be destroyed “soon and very soon”.
“Today will again be the highest volume of attacks America has carried out on Iran's sky and Tehran”, Hegseth said.
The flight number and the number of bombers, the highest so far, is growing and only growing. And the amount has a separate quality as we continue to grow”, Hegseth told reporters together with General Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Army Staff.

Israel and the United States launched a joint attack on Iran on 28 February, killing nearly 1,300 people so far, including the then supreme leader Ali Khamenei.
Tehran retaliated with intimidation attacks and rockets targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq and Gulf countries that have American military assets at home, resulting in casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure. /Telegraphy/
