The Lebanese Health Ministry said at least 12 doctors, including doctors and nurses, were killed in the town of Burj Qalayya when the city's primary health care centre was hit overnight.
Israel has also bombed other civilian infrastructure, including roads and bridges, the BBC writes.
It has almost doubled the size of the self-declared evacuation zone in the south, prompting hundreds of thousands of people to evacuate and go north, where charitable organisations and the Lebanese state are trying to cope with the influx of displaced persons.
Tensions in Lebanon are growing, and with Israel's unmovable language from both Hezbollah and Hezbollah, fear here is that a broader conflict can be inevitable.
