He sexually abused a student, arrested by his teacher

The case relates to the Crooms Academy Academy, where McLean was a teacher. According to court documents, the student initially considered McLean a non-x0-figural mother”, but then allegedly gave her large amounts of alcohol and included it in repeated sexual acts without his consent, over a two-month period. The events allegedly took place “pe up to ten times”, while the student felt blocked due to fears of losing shelter and supporting.

Authorities are also investigating complaints by another 16-year-old student, who claimed McLean had offered students alcohol, cannabis products and non-prescription medicines.

The teacher was left on administrative leave and faces charges of two sexual assaults by a person in power and the distribution of a controlled substance. The court set aside a $35,000 bail release, while its next appearance in court is scheduled for 31 March.

The school district stressed that it takes all the charges seriously, and the safety of students remains a top priority. Investigations are still under way, and the final decision will be made by the tribunal./Periscopi/
